App-Rendre: Generating leads and facilitating professional integration through a comprehensive digital strategy

App-Rendre Is a dual training center, certified by the State, which accompanies young people between 18 and 28 years of age in their professional integration. The courses are designed in direct connection with the needs of businesses, to maximize employability.

The challenge: Increase applications and structure the business relationship

In a highly competitive environment, APP-Render had to meet several simultaneous challenges:

  • Increase the volume and quality of student applications through effective campaigns;
  • Develop business partnerships to facilitate alternating placement;
  • Modernizing and centralizing the customer relationship management through a reliable CRM.

Targeted action with businesses has strengthened the network of partners and facilitated the placement of trained young people.

CRM: HubSpot integration and migration

  • Full deployment of HubSpot to centralize all data: leads, students, companies.
  • Migration of existing databases and support through workshops to guarantee the adoption and autonomy of teams.

CRM is now at the heart of management, allowing personalized follow-up, fine segmentation and optimized reminders.

  • CPL less than €25, ensuring a very profitable acquisition
